In the commercial window units for curtain walls and storefronts the most common frame
is aluminum. It provides a light weight, strong, durable, none corrosive, easily extruded
solution for window parts with close tolerances, special weather stripping and thermal
breaks. The simpler frame in aluminum windows provides a better U-value. Over our forty
years we have installed many commercial and residential versions of aluminum windows. 
With the demands of 9-11 and the vicious weather in some parts of the country the demand for
special feature windows has escalated. For the military offices, barracks and other
facilities that need to protect people from terrorism have taken a front row seat. This
