Values & Charities

Richard Joseph & Company is a leader in the construction of exterior envelopes and weatherization systems. In order to remain the leader in the industry and continue to grow we must do the following:

1) Take care of our customers.
We treat our customers and vendors in a manner in which we would all expect to be treated; honestly, professionally, courteously, honorably with dignity. We will strive at all times to exceed our customer's expectations.

2) Have and keep the highest morals and values in the industry.
At all times we shall take the high road.

3) Keep a low turnover of team members.
Our company is proud to be family owned. We feel that every team member is an extended part of our family. It is everyone's job to make sure new team members feel like a part of our family. Teaching new team members how to succeed and giving them the tools to do so is the responsibility of all. Our company's most valuable assets are our team members.

4) Keep long range vision on everything we do.
Always ask how will it affect the company down the road? We must protect ourselves from problems in the future. All business must be legitimate, accurate and legal from the start.

5) Keep the company profitable.
Our future depends on the company’s growth and profitability. Keep in mind that everyone in this organization depends on the company to be successful.

6) Keep open communication at all times.
Communication is the oxygen of business and relationships. Without it, all dies. We not only want, but also need feedback from our team members.

7) As a company we must promote team work through group activities.
Relationships are not just built in the office but also during relaxed social situations.

8) We as a company participate in charitable activities in our community and beyond.
Currently we are active in the Heart Fund, Support Our Troops, American Cancer Society and Children's Chorus of the Nevada Opera; sponsoring events throughout the year. In the past we have worked with Lions International, 4-H, and the YMCA
